Our story
Momentum Medical Specialists was founded by three internists with a shared goal: to give Saskatoon a dedicated, evidence-based medical home for complex weight management.
Our team — Dr. Matthew Skeldon, Dr. Brandon Suen, and Dr. Tiffanie Tse — built this clinic on a long history of working together. After practicing and training at sites across Canada, we recognized a clear need to expand local medical capacity. We opened this clinic to bring highly specialized, timely metabolic care directly to the patients who need it most.
Our clinical philosophy
We reject the guilt and pressure often pushed by the commercial weight-loss industry. Instead, we offer a safe, accessible, and grounded clinical environment.
